It was a frigid winter’s day when I was coming back from my walk on the farm. A snow squall had kicked up and the wind was coming from the west. I was fascinated when the snow suddenly sprayed off of the side of the old weathered barn in front of me. The still and sullen atmosphere dramatically and suddenly changed in a moment. The contrasting white snow spraying across the red barn was striking and gave movement to the still cold day.
